Are you seeing the possibilities here?  Think about what book, or series of books you could write to help people in your field of expertise?  You might start with an eBook offered on your own website that covers the basics.  Use the eBook as an opportunity to tell people about your more in-depth book on Amazon and finally, follow through with an advanced book offering.

We all have something special that we’re unusually good at. If you and I talked for 20 minutes, I know I could find something you’re good at. Maybe you can teach dogs to do tricks. Maybe you’re a great decorator. Or maybe your friends always ask you to fix their computers.

Every one is looking for ways to make an extra income including me. Personally I started my search journey 3 years ago when I were in debit of $10000. I started by taking Survey, listening to the Radio and reading Emails. There are a number of websites that will pay you to listen to the radio, read advertiser’s emails and take surveys. I’ve tried about a million of them, but there are only a few of them that I would recommend. Inbox Dollars is one of those companies.

You’ll need a digital camera or a recent smartphone to photograph your wares. Great photos and plenty of detail shots are crucial for convincing shoppers to put down their hard-earned cash for a carefully made craft.

Letting you know that I’ve also worked with AskWonder.com – to do online research for companies. Pay is around $12-$30 per question. Its flexy, on-demand work. But to get in, you’d have pass their case study question first.

One thing that most small towns have in common is grass, lots, and lots of grass. Since small towns tend to be in rural areas, more residents are likely to have lawns and larger gardens. That means people will be on the hunt for lawn and gardening services. A few of the benefits to starting a business such as this in a small town is its predictability, reliability, and scalability. Once you begin finding customers, as long as you have quality services that are reasonably priced, you’re likely to keep the same customers for years. You’ll also be able to predict the repeat services that customers will need. Not only does grass need to be cut repeatedly, but lawns need to be fertilized and treated for weeds and bugs on a regular basis. Lawn care is also an ideal small town business idea that will scale well. You can start off by offering a few services such as lawn and shrubbery care, but can later expand to offering landscaping services as well.

If cooking is one of your personal passions, there are dozens of opportunities to turn it into a decent business venture. You can start by setting up a catering website, experimenting with pop-up food stalls and local food markets, or joining platforms like MenuNextDoor that encourage cooking enthusiasts to squeeze some money out of their passion. And if you’re not camera-shy, you can teach people how to cook special meals by selling online classes.

Decide on a Niche you want to market to, then look for a good affiliate product to market to that niche. Affiliate marketing works a lot better good ways to make money you have a niche website or blog, once you’ve created one then you can look for 4-5 affiliate products within that niche to promote.

This is one of my favorite things to do. As the saying goes, “one mans trash is another man’s treasure.” Recently I stopped by a yard sale that had a Keurig for sale. I gave them $8 for it, listed it on Craigslist, and sold it for $50 the same day.

Furthermore, carefully consider your likely attendees, and what schedule would be attractive to them. For example, if you’re planning on teaching a tutoring class, you obviously couldn’t schedule it during school hours. Likewise, a class aimed at mothers of young children will either have to include babysitting services or be scheduled at night, when they’re more likely to have help with the kids. Find the delicate balance of times that fit your prospective students’ schedules as well as your own.

A quick search of my local area showed private rooms for 1-2 guest renting for between $30 and $75 per night. This means you could potentially make between $60 and $150 per weekend by just renting out your spare bedroom.

I quit my job a year ago and started two online business with two different partners. Definitely have had my ups and downs and shouting matching with business partners. Wasn’t expecting to have those matches with these people, but push comes to shove and you know how it goes.
